Real-Time Leave Tracking - Keeping Everyone in the Loop

EmployeeXP’s Leave application can be used by employees to request time off and by administrators to approve requests.

As we approach the season of festivity, employees and employers everywhere are looking to book time off in order to spend quality time with family and friends. In the rush to complete projects and plan for the New Year, employees and managers cannot afford to spend an abundance of time on reviewing and approving Leave requests. So, what’s the solution? EmployeeXP’s Leave application can be used by employees to request time off and by administrators to approve requests.

Delivering the gift of time off approvals

Employees can view their available paid-time-off hours and file a request by selecting the leave type, duration of leave in days, and the hours required with the Leave app! In the My Balances Section, employees can view company vacation and sick time policies, and the amount of paid and unpaid time off remaining for each user. Employees can efficiently create time off request draft and track its status within the app itself. In lieu requests can be approved or denied by managers with a click of a button. To make things even more convenient, employee calendars are automatically updated to display approved time off. Managers and administrators can also view their employees’ booked time off to plan projects and deadlines accordingly.

Why do you need Leave?

Leave is available to support your workplace and keep employees and managers in touch with one another. Gone are the days of miscommunication and wondering when colleagues are in or out of the office. With Leave, everyone can feel comfortable knowing that their leave requests are being handled in real time. Simply request that leave, kick back, and start decorating for the holidays!
